Work Together — Grounded Present

Ways to work together

Individual sessions, shaped around you.

One flexible, in-home session that can draw from guided stretching, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reflective conversation — based on what would be most useful to you that day.

RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and certified in concern-focused stretch.

Individual Session

Sessions may include guided stretching, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and conversation — along with a look at how your physical environment supports your practice, so your space works with you rather than becoming another thing to manage. No yoga experience is required.

Sessions are currently offered in your home. I can bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, and massage balls as needed. Your session space should have enough clear room for two people to move comfortably and freely.

Most sessions are within a short drive and no travel fee applies. Because of the hills and winding roads in this area, travel fees are based on driving distance rather than straight-line distance: 11–20 miles adds $20, and 21–30 miles adds $35. If you’re further than 30 miles out, reach out and we’ll talk about whether a session makes sense — better to have that conversation up front than surprise you later. Your exact travel fee is confirmed once I have your address, before anything is booked.

Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, just give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full, since that time was held for you.

How we work together

We start with curiosity rather than a predetermined plan. I may ask questions, notice what seems important, and offer possibilities, but the direction comes from you. We can slow down, stay with one thing, change course, or leave something alone. The goal isn’t to tell you what should ground you — it’s to help you notice what already does, and make more room for it.

What a session is not

Grounded Present sessions are not physical therapy or medical treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
