Grounded Present respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information is collected through this website and how it is used.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message so I can respond to you. This information is sent to me by email and is not shared with anyone else.

Orders

When you place an order in the shop, I collect your name, email address, and shipping address to fulfill it. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — I never see or store your full card number. Products are printed and shipped by Printify, a print-on-demand partner, who receives your name and shipping address for that purpose only.

Health information

If you share health-related information with me — for a session, an intake conversation, or by email — it is kept confidential, stored securely, and used only to plan sessions safely. It is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking of any kind. Basic cookies are used by the shopping cart and checkout system so they can function properly.

How long information is kept

Order records are kept as needed for business and tax purposes.

Your rights

If you’d like to know what information I have about you, or want it deleted, email dew@groundedpresent.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
