This website is operated by Grounded Present (Deborah Wegrzyn). By using this site or purchasing from the shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.

Using this website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to transmit viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation. We may restrict or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

Products and orders

Shop items are made to order and printed on demand through Printify. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice, and we’ve made every effort to display products accurately, though colors may vary slightly by screen. Order issues, damage, and returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

In-person sessions

Guided stretching and yoga sessions are a separate service from the online shop. Sessions are governed by a signed client intake and consent agreement completed before your first appointment, not by this page.

Accuracy of content

We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but it may occasionally contain errors or out-of-date information. Content is provided for general information and shouldn’t be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Grounded Present unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. Please review their own terms and policies before using them.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Grounded Present is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect the separate risk acknowledgment and release in the in-person session consent agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
